Kitchens by Amy is a Raleigh, NC-based kitchen and bath design firm.  Our job is to take the vision of what you want in your remodeled kitchen or bathroom, and use our talents and experience design it.  How?  We have developed a process that helps keep the project as stress-free as possible.  

• Our initial meeting is about getting to know you; your family, your lifestyle, your vision for the space and your budget
• With that information, we create a design for your approval

• Once you love the design and layout, we discuss all the elements and products required in your kitchen, bath or other space.  This includes everything from appliances and cabinetry to flooring material and the color of paint on the walls – and everything in between
• Your budget will help determine our options and choices, as we are able to obtain products at almost any price point, while still ensuring quality and value
• Our commitment to on-going product and design education allows us to act as your impartial consultant, helping you choose the best products, colors and materials 
• When it’s time to begin construction, we can work with your contractor to help ensure all our hard work comes together as we both envisioned
  

We are not remodelers, but we will help you find the right contractor capable of bringing your design from an idea to a functional, beautiful room – with limited stress and headaches. 

In addition to kitchen and bath design, Kitchens by Amy will provide design services for any room in your home. 

We charge an hourly rate for our design work, which is applied to any purchase made within a year of starting the design process.  So if you ask us to design your new kitchen, but don’t bring in a contractor for a few months, don’t worry we’ll apply what you’ve already paid us toward the purchase of the products you’ll need to bring the project to life!
